Connection cables optimized for use in NVH testing
We develop and manufacture sensor cables optimized for NVH testing, “Made in Germany,” in a wide variety of designs.
In NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) measurement technology, vibration analysis, and e-mobility, a reliable connection between sensors and measurement systems is essential. As one of the leading cable manufacturers, we offer a wide range of connection cables for acceleration sensors that guarantee the highest signal quality and long-lasting performance. Our NVH cables ensure precise data transmission even under demanding conditions. The portfolio includes sensor cables for triaxial and uniaxial sensors that are compatible with IEPE or charge-based systems. For particularly sensitive charge applications, we supply special low-noise coaxial cables that operate with low interference voltage and reliably protect the measurement chain from electrostatic interference. Different jacket materials allow the cables to be optimally adapted to specific requirements in order to provide the right cable for every installation situation, whether as a robust IEPE sensor cable or as a flexibly assembled special solution.
While TPFK jackets are ideal for high temperatures and tight installation spaces, PUR jackets are suitable for mechanical stress and silicone for highly flexible applications with tight bending radii. In addition to proven standard designs, we develop customized cable solutions: from specific connector configurations (e.g., for PAK II from Müller-BBM) to HV-compatible variants for touch-proof applications to special solutions such as coaxial cable reels and multiple cables for NVH test benches. We also support our customers with comprehensive services. These include the production of small quantities as well as the delivery of individual cable lengths, customer-specific labeling, and personal consultation online or on site.
