Pre-Assembled Ethernet Cables

Pre-assembled patch cables for Industrial Ethernet applications can be connected directly and quickly without on-site assembly. Especially for highly flexible applications, such as in automation and robotics, SAB Bröckkes has bundled highly flexible Industrial Ethernet cables with RJ45/M12 connectors mounted on one or both sides under the SAB CATLine product line.

SAB CATLine connection cables CAT 5, CAT 6 and CAT 7A are:

• temperature resistant from -40°C up to + 125°C
• UV and ozone resistant
• resistant against oil and grease 
• resistant against aggressive chemicals and detergents 
• appropriate for strong mechanical stress as for example in cable chains and robot use

We manufacture patch cables with mounted or moulded connectors in flexible lengths for individual customer solutions from a single source. The connector variants are varied and can be freely selected on request. Customer-specific labelling or colour requests are possible from small quantities.
