Quality assurance and product reliability of our GPU cables
As part of our continuous quality assurance and commitment to product safety, our 400Hz / 28V DC GPU cables with PUR (Polyurethane) and special polymer outer sheath materials were tested for abrasion resistance in accordance with UL 2556:2021 and JIS C3005. Testing was carried out independently by TÜV and UL, and the test results below were provided on the basis of UL standards.
Test results

All our GPU cables with PUR and special polymer outer sheath materials passed the tests.
This demonstrate the difference between materials, the UL test was continued until the cable failed, even after the standard requirement was met.
The results are:

Result: Our PUR cables achieved more than 12 x higher abrasion resistance compared to widely used rubber cables. This clearly demonstrates the robustness of our PUR GPU cables.
