SABIX® Ultra | Flexibility & Fire Protection

Fire protection cables from the SABIX® Ultra product range combine important properties such as fire protection, halogen-free, flexibility and oil resistance. SABIX® Ultra cables and wires can be used in flexible applications and have the highest fire protection properties in accordance with IEC 60332-3 Cat. C or D or the French standard NF C 32-070 C1.

The cables are used, for example, as festoon cables for polar cranes in nuclear power plants. Other areas of application are in railway technology as sensor cables or as flexible control cables on access doors.

Thanks to its excellent resistance to oil and fuel, it is also recommended for use in industrial environments. SABIX® Ultra cables are even suitable for drag chain applications with moderate mechanical loads.
