Application
The temperature sensor or temperature probe Type K, J or L with connection cable and kink protection is designed for reliable temperature measurement in industrial applications exposed to mechanical and thermal stress. Depending on the application, single or dual thermocouples of type K, J or L can be selected in accordance with DIN EN 60584 or DIN 43710.
The robust connection cables are available in various constructions with temperature resistance up to +250 °C or +400 °C, ensuring safe signal transmission even under harsh operating conditions. To protect the transition between sensor and cable, different kink protection options such as a kink protection spring, fiberglass sleeve or shrinkable sleeve are available.
The temperature sensor can be configured individually with regard to measuring tip design (insulated or welded), sleeve diameter, nominal length, cable length and cable end termination. Optionally, a version with mounting plate 8 × 15 mm and hole Ø 5 mm is available for easy and secure installation.
