Application
Pt100 resistance sensors with connection cable and kink protection with shrinkable sleeve are designed for precise temperature measurements in industrial applications. They are available with 1 x Pt100 Class A/B or 2 x Pt100 and can be customized according to customer requirements, including nominal length, sleeve diameter, and connection cable length.
The temperature-resistant connection cables (RRL 0.22 mm², strand/fiber glass/fiber glass) withstand up to +400°C and ensure reliable, long-term measurements under demanding conditions. Optional: a version with mounting plate 8 x 15 mm, hole Ø 5 mm is available for easy and secure installation. Connection ends can be selected as bare ends, cable lugs M4, end sleeves, or other options upon request.
Thanks to the kink protection with shrinkable sleeve, these resistance sensors are particularly robust and protect the connection cable from mechanical stress. They are ideal for machines, test benches, and industrial systems where precise and reproducible temperature measurements are required.
