Application
The screw-in temperature sensor with protective tube for Pt100 measuring inserts Ø 3 mm is designed for precise and reliable temperature measurement in industrial applications. The G 1/2 A screw-in thread is especially common, making it easy to integrate into existing process connections and measurement points.
The robust screw-in protective fitting with protective tube Form BS and tapered tip reliably protects the measuring insert from mechanical stress, pressure, and aggressive media. The stainless steel 1.4571 tube offers high corrosion resistance along with excellent heat transfer and fast response times.
The sensor can be configured with or without a measuring insert and is available with Pt100 or Pt1000. In addition to the widely used G 1/2 A thread, other screw-in threads such as G 3/4 A, G 1 A, or M20×1.5 are available, along with various connection heads and installation, neck tube, and insertion lengths. This allows the screw-in temperature sensor with protective tube to be tailored to individual process requirements.
