B 107 (HV) - Highly Flexible High-Voltage Cable for E-Mobility Test Benches
The B 107 (HV) is a highly flexible, unshielded high-voltage single conductor with Besilen® insulation for use in E-Mobility high-voltage test benches. Its fine-stranded conductor design provides high flexibility and enables easy installation even in demanding routing conditions. The HV cable is designed for 1.8/3.0 kV AC and 2.7/5.4 kV DC, making it suitable for applications in higher voltage classes.
With an operating temperature range from -40 °C to +180 °C and short-term temperature resistance up to +250 °C, the B 107 (HV) is also suitable for thermally demanding test bench environments. A minimum bending radius of 5 × d supports flexible routing. Available cross-sections from 1 to 300 mm² allow the cable to be used for different current-carrying and power wiring requirements.
The orange insulation, cULus approval, halogen-free and flame-retardant design, and very good weather resistance make the B 107 (HV) a suitable solution for high-voltage test benches in electromobility and other industrial HV applications.
