The SAB 1000°C surface thermocouple is a high-temperature sensor for demanding measurement tasks, for example in the automotive industry, steel production, or battery issue tests such as nail penetration. Thanks to its class 1 fiber-glass-insulated thermowires, the thermocouple can withstand temperatures of up to 1000 °C on a permanent basis. The robust design with type K thermocouple ensures reliable temperature measurement directly on the surface, even under extreme conditions. The bare measuring tip allows you to use the element flexibly at the desired measuring point. The connection cable consists of 2 wires (0.50 mm²) is temperature-resistant up to 1000 °C.

You can choose from a variety of cable lengths - from 0.5 m to 10 m - and configure the connection end (miniature plug, standard plug, free ends, etc.) according to your requirements. On request, we can supply the thermocouple with a batch certificate and batch marking, which is particularly important for quality-critical applications such as test benches or series measurements.
