Precise temperature measurement for test benches and test vehicles

When measuring temperatures directly on component surfaces, for example on pipes, rotating components, exhaust systems, brake discs, or other vehicle assemblies, reliable and reproducible measurement values are of crucial importance. Our specially developed surface sensors, contact probes, and surface thermocouples are optimally designed for this purpose. They combine high measurement accuracy with flexible installation under dynamic test bench and vehicle test conditions.

Depending on the application, we offer a wide range of sensor types that can be customized to the respective installation situation:

  • Insertion / beat-in thermocouples for fixes contact on the surface
  • Self-adhesive thermocouples and resistance thermometers for easy and secure installation
  • High-temperature sensors up to 1000 °C for demanding test conditions
  • EMC-shielded variants for sensitive measurement environments
  • Magnetic surface sensors for metallic components

By selecting different thermocouples, sheath materials, connection options, and conductor designs (2-, 3-, or 4-wire), the sensors can be flexibly adapted to the respective measurement tasks and installation situations.
