Temperature Measurement on Surfaces

Surface temperature sensors, also called contact probes, are specially designed for accurate surface temperature measurements on pipes, rotating components, exhaust systems, and other surfaces. Our thermocouples and resistance thermometers simplify temperature monitoring in both industrial and laboratory environments. Depending on the application, sensors can be equipped with PFA, silicone, PVC, or glass fibre connection cables in 2-, 3-, or 4-wire configurations and are compatible with all standard measuring elements.

The portfolio includes a wide range of different types, such as beat-in mineral-insulated thermocouples, spark plug surface sensors, self-adhesive surface thermocouples, surface thermocouples for brake discs, ceramic-housed thermocouples, thermocouples with welding beads, high-temperature thermocouples up to 1000 °C, screened twisted-core thermocouples for EMC-critical areas, pipe clamp thermocouples, and magnetic sensors.
