Selection table halogen-free cables
Safe and halogen-free – cables for the most demanding requirements
Halogen-free cables and wires are indispensable in safety-critical applications, e.g., in public buildings, traffic engineering, or industrial plants. They are characterized by high safety in the event of fire, as they do not emit corrosive or toxic gases. This means they make a decisive contribution to protecting people and equipment.
Selection table with product links – quickly find the right cable
The selection table shows the most important properties of our halogen-free cables at a glance. It includes information on the structure and design (single or multi-core cable, shielded or twisted pair) as well as the voltage ranges (300/500 V to UL/CSA 1000 V). The focus is on safety-related criteria such as burning behavior, flame resistance, smoke density, toxicity, corrosiveness of fire gases, and fire propagation (IEC 60332, IEC 60754, IEC 61034, EN 45545-2, NFPA 130). Finally, the table specifies the temperature ranges so that the reliability of the cables can be assessed under different operating conditions.
Clicking on the products or points takes you directly to the product pages with technical details and downloads – for quick and precise cable selection. On request, we can also develop and produce a customized special cable that is precisely tailored to your application. Would you like to speak to us directly? Simply contact us by phone or email.
